someone who is sociable yet independent and doesn’t mind helping out with the cleaning etc. ( we do have a cleaning rota) All in all we just want someone who isn’t a big party goer and appreciates a homely quiet flat.
The room is available 1st November and must be able to pay the rent from that day. Males and females welcomed but MUST be working. Sorry- no students!
