Hello all! As I’m moving to Amsterdam, I’m very sad to be leaving this fabulous flat…

The room is situated in a large, modern 3 bed flat between Angel and Old Street. It's a short walk to Regent's canal and faces greenery and a pond with private garden.

The flat has brand new appliances (oven, fridge, refrigerator, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine) and comes fully furnished. There is also an underground parking garage where it is possible to store bicycles and a lovely concierge (Mon-Fri) for parcels and letters.

The flat is less than 10 minutes walk to Old Street station. There are two Santander bike stations, one in front of the building and the other just 100 meters away. The nearest bus stop is Windsor Terrace and it's only 3 minutes away (43, 205, 214, 394).

The room comes fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe and shelves) with a large balcony window.

The bills are on average ££70 per month (council tax, water, internet, electricity, gas) but excluded from the mentioned price.

Overall, the house is pretty new (built in 2008) and has double glazed windows.

You will be sharing the flat with 2 of the best flatmates ever, Steph (24, works in fintech, Scottish and has a newly found passion for kitesurfing) and Rob (30, works at Facebook, loves his craft beer). They are very chilled out and friendly, we often go to our local pub together, rando comedy shows, cook together and watch movies!
