I am moving out of this cosy room in mid-August after finishing my postgrad degree and am looking for a new tenant from August 15/16
The room is in a three bedroom flat with a spacious living room and kitchen. It comes with a double bed, a desk, chair, drawer, cabinet and wardrobe. You’ll be sharing the flat with Biman, from Sri Lanka, and Nadar, from Italy, who are both working here in London and are great flatmates!
The flat is located between Angel and King’s Cross and you’ll be able to reach both in less than 10 or 15 minutes, respectively. The location is ideal for students at universities like UCL, SOAS or LSHTM – it’s a pleasant 25-minute walk or 10-minute bike to the Bloomsbury campus and even LSE or KCL are within half an hour by bike. If you’re a young professional, you’ll have great connections from Angel and King’s Cross.
There are all possible amenities around within a short walking distance: Your choice of a Sainsbury, Waitrose, Iceland or Tesco all within ~ 10 minutes as well as Chapel Market and Angel Central which offer everything you’d ever need. You’ll be able to enjoy both Regent’s canal (5 minutes walk) as well as a big selection of restaurants and pubs nearby in Angel.
