Double Room With View Of Canal

We are looking for a fun, respectful new flatmate to move into our 3 bed flat in Islington/Hoxton.

I’m moving back to Japan on August 21st so my double room will be available from that date! The flat itself is in an excellent location, between the Regents Canal and Shoreditch park. We are a ten minute walk from Old st station, fifteen minutes from Angel, and in a good location for buses. Our flat is cozy and tidy, we are all in different full time professions. We like to keep social and watch silly films when we can, but we also respect each others privacy. The flat has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. No living room I’m afraid, but the kitchen has space to sit, where we have meals together from time to time.

Also, sorry but we are looking for one person.
(no couples)

Rent is £670 per month(internet, council tax and water bills included)

Electricity and gas bills excluded
(which usually comes to £15-20 a month)

One month deposit(£670)

We are looking for someone long term to join us.

no smoking in the house basically, but you can smoke outside.
