My housemate is moving out and I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over the room, sharing with me. The flat is very reasonably priced for the area at £816 pcm (which works out to be £188 pw).

LOCATION

The flat is conveniently located just off City Road and is a five minute walk from Old Street tube station and Shoreditch. There is a Sainbury's, Co-op and M&S Foodhall nearby, great restaurants and bars (including Pret, Itsu, Nando's, Honest Burgers, Bone Daddies, Ceviche, Night Jar and Shoreditch Grind), a number of yoga studios and a public swimming pool all within walking distance once everything opens up again.

It's also less than a minute from bus stops which will take you to the City/Angel/Kings Cross/London Bridge in less than 15 minutes.

THE FLAT

The flat is on the first floor and is modern, well-lit and spacious, with an open-plan kitchen, a balcony and an internal courtyard terrace. Your bedroom comes with a double bed with under-bed storage, a large chest of drawers and two bedside tables. There is one bathroom for the flat with two (!) shower stalls and a bathtub (1 combined bathtub with showerhead & 1 standing shower).

CURRENT HOUSEMATE
Yours truly is a friendly Australian who works in a bank in Canary Wharf, and is clean and laid back - basically a girl who will be looking for similar - clean, easy going, responsible.
