The room we're subletting gets lots of natural light from its window with a view of the garden (all trees, no cars!). It’s a little on the small side but it has a large wardrobe for plenty of storage, and if you work from home you can use the desk in the lounge, as no-one else does.
Rent is payable monthly and in advance from the date you move in.
