Large double ensuite room with great views

Looking for a housemate to fill the large en-suite double room in a fantastic two bedroom two bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of an apartment building overlooking the city and Regent's Canal.

The room:
The room is large with space for a desk and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers and has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The room also has a double door Juliette balcony with the great view.

The apartment:
The flat has a large open plan kitchen and dining/living room. The kitchen seems newly renovated with fairly new appliances including a microwave, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and combined washing machine and dryer. In the living room I have a new 55" OLED TV and surround sound system. Most importantly given the current circumstances, the flat has excellent internet with gigabit fibre from Hyperoptic, which is super fast and super reliable.

There is also bicycle storage available at the building, together with a concierge and a gym (though the gym is closed at the moment given COVID restrictions).

Location:
The nearest station is Haggerston Overground with Old Street and Angel Underground stations within reasonable walking distance too. There is also a bus stop right on the corner with a number of convenient lines to key places and stations around this part of London and a very handy Tesco on the corner as well. It is also only a short-ish walk into the city (I plan to walk to work once we eventually return to the office).

About me:
I'm a 31 year old gay male lawyer originally from Melbourne, Australia now working at a corporate law firm in London. I work mostly in technology and intellectual property - all very nerdy. I often work fairly long hours (working from home at the moment), but am very friendly, sociable and easy going and usually up for a wine and a chat whenever. I spend my free time travelling, catching up with friends, watching trashy television shows and playing computer games. Sadly doing more of the last two than the first two at the moment.

Who I'm looking for:
A young professional who's neat and tidy (but not a clean freak), friendly and up for a chat and possibly a glass of wine now and then (someone who's normal haha). Extra points if you enjoy talking about nerdy technology things and/or RuPaul's Drag Race :). Straight males welcome (I've lived with numerous straight male housemates before and it's never been awkward). Looking for a sole tenant only (no couples).

Availability:
My housemate is sadly having to move overseas for work imminently, so I'm looking to find a replacement from 14 December (but somewhat flexible on timing). The new tenant would be added to the lease (currently runs to 7 August 2021, but likely able to be renewed) and so acceptance and move in date would be subject to the agent completing reference/credit checks.

Cost:
Rent is £1000 paid in advance each month. The deposit is split 50-50, so your share would be 1062.50. Bills are in addition to rent and would be split 50-50 - they include: council tax, electricity, water, broadband, TV licence, contents insurance and a cleaner every 2/3 weeks. Based on my previous experience 50% of the bills usually totals around £150 per month.
