Quiet big room available in a spacious 4 bed house in Kings Cross. Available 21st November.

The house + room:
3 floors, 4 bed, 2 bath (1 is shower not bathtub) – spacious living area + kitchen, front and back garden that gets the sun throughout the day.
The room is on the 1st floor, it comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe/cupboard + desk if you wish, it's at the back so super quiet, no road noise. It’s one of the biggest rooms in the house but still really cosy and warm.
The house is quiet which is amazing considering we’re so central.
It’s £895 p/m, bills excluded – great price for the location. Bills come to about £80 a month.

The contract is coming up and the tenants want to extend until June 2022 at least.

The area:
You couldn’t get a better spot, it’s 2 minutes to Granary Square/Coal Drops Yard, under 10 minutes walk to the tube which has pretty much every transport link you need.
2 minutes to the canal path, 20 minute walk to Camden, Angel, Islington, 40 minute walk to Oxford Circus, 25 minute walk to Regents Park.
Basically wherever you want to go in London it’ll be easy!

The housemates:
Ruby, the longest resident who works in employee experience at a hedge fund, she’s a keen cocktail maker (and drinker), loves to travel, hit the gym and get out with friends as much as possible.
Enna, super chilled, fun, a doctor, really into fitness, loves a techno night!
Casey, he likes the gym and a beer, not at the same time!

They are all quite busy people but get on and enjoy each others company so definitely a sociable house, but also respect each other’s quiet time.
