It has a desk with a 54” inch curved monitor and comfortable chair which is perfect for people who work from home. The bedroom has windows that look out onto one of the back patio and plenty of sunlight.

The flat is 1300+ sq feet of high ceiling, lofty, recently renovated interior space and an additional 250 sq feet of outdoor, hardwood deck patio space.

The Living Room interior is equipped with 80” Sony Smart TV, surround sound Dolby Digital experience, Sony PlayStation, Sky TV box, newly purchased L shaped couch and leather chair, round black marble coffee table, record player and full library.

The Outdoor Space comes with outdoor L shaped couch, Parisian brass top bar and 3 barstools for entertaining, a sun lounger and exposed hang string lights for night-time lounging.

Large walk in hallway and a washing machine and dryer in the unit in the storage room area.

The Kitchen is complete with oven, stove top, dishwasher, large fridge, espresso machine, drip coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Amazon Alexa and radio as well and full cooking and dining set.

An additional £100 is required for gas & electricity.
