Hello everyone, we have a room in our 3-bed flatshare in Haggerston available as a sublet from 15 December until 15 January!

The room comes with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe. It is quite small (10sqm) and doesn’t allow for a desk, however there is plenty of space in the living room/ kitchen area and the dining table if you need a space to work at.

The flat is located a 5 mins walk from Haggerston Overground station and the building is right by the canal. Dalston / London Fields / Broadway Market / Shoreditch all just 10-20 mins walks away too.

Rent: £1000 pcm + bills
Timespan: Starting 15 December until 15 January with TBC the possibility to extend for longer.
Deposit £300.

The flat consists of 3 bedrooms (one of them en-suite), a bathroom shared by two people, hallway, and a kitchen + living room area.

You’ll be living with Mari as your flatmate as well as a new person in the big room that we're also currently advertising out. Mari is a journalist from Norway in her mid-twenties and works full-time Monday - Friday. When she happens to be at home after work or on the weekend she enjoys cooking together / occasionally co-working in the living room.

We like to keep our flat clean, cosy and homely and are looking for someone who cares about our shared space and furniture as much as we do. All genders welcome, LGBTQ+ friendly.
