Hi there,

We're looking to let 2 bed rooms in our big 4 bed flat in Haggerston.

In early December we are moving to Hastings so will spend the majority of our time there, and will be here 1 or 2 nights during the week. We're sociable and pretty easy going, we just want someone who's going to look after the place.

The rooms are both double, one is an en-suite. There are large inbuilt wardrobes in both rooms and plenty of storage.

There is a spare room set up as an office with a desk and we have an airbed. This room would be able to be used as an when (but not belong to anyone in particular)

The flat has a large balcony overlooking the Kingsland Basin part of the canal. The frontdoor steps out onto the towpath and it's a great oasis of nature and calm in the middle of the city. There are lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby and it's a great place to live!

The rooms can be taken any time from now. Minimum 2 month stay, no max length stay.

The rent amount includes all bills, super fast hyperoptic and a weekly cleaner.
