Lovely walking area, few minutes away from lovely canal, parks and leisure centre.

Rent included with general bills (Gas, Electric and Water). The council tax band C, its depend on your income its not including. Full council tax is around £1500 a year. No council tax for University student only.

There are Estate parking but is not free, its £5 a day if you interested.

People who love home cooking meal, need to get their own cooking stuffs, as I don't provide that in this property.

£5 a week for cleaning products (e. g. toilet roll, hand wash, washing up liquid, air freshener, toilet, bath & floor cleaners etc.

A £10 weekly for house cleaning.

 £5 a week for Broadband.
 £25 a week for extra heating only for winter (October-March).

For double room  £250 for a single person or  £300 for a couple or 2 friends per week,
Minimum term/contact is 8 months.

Short term let price for any room per person start from  £60 a day for upto 2 weeks,  £55 a day for a month or less than a month,  £50 a day for 2 month or less than 2 month,  £40 a day upto 4 month or less then 4.
