Spacious sunny room available, with king-size double bed, desk, big wardrobe for storage, large TV with netflix/amazon prime etc, and your own good sized bathroom with bath/shower (I have an en suite so the main one is all yours!). Linen provided/bed made up each week, plus weekly ironing service included for your clothes etc as well from my lovely cleaner/housekeeper.
The flat is ideally situated between Old St and Angel (5-7 min walk from each), right on Wenlock canal Basin. 15-20 min walk to Liverpool St/the City.

It's a newly built, smart and secure development, on a quiet people friendly (no through traffic) road, decorated with love to a high standard/spec. There is a big open plan living area with stunning city views, flooded with sunlight, loads of plants, plus two huge private balconies, both kitted out for relaxing with sofas, one with outdoor dining space too. Kitchen all you'd expect for city living plus views to the Shard. The flat also has a large dining area which seats 8. There is secure bike storage and a communal courtyard in the canal. No noise from neighbours or the street as it’s the penthouse so top floor! Super fast wifi.

There's also a massive communal roof terrace with 360 views over London that I often have to myself, for evening glass of wine or even morning yoga :)

I am 40, lesbian, easy going, friendly and sociable. I work a professional and fairly demanding job and do so from home 2-3 days a week (I have an office at home) so I am quiet and respectful of your space, but also happy to chat and share a glass of wine now and then! Not a party house, those days are sadly behind me, so looking for someone who is similarly focused on work and relaxing at home during the week rather than in and out at all hours, sorry. Other than that no requirements, though the space is open only to people fully vaccinated against Covid please and intending to stay so, as I have elderly family I like to see regularly and don’t want to expose them to any unnecessary risk.
Flexible on contracts, all bills included except the heating/hot water as i dont know yet how much it will be, so we will split each month. The flat is very well insulated though and on a closed system so I don’t expect bills to be especially high!

LGBT friendly (obviously!), no pets I’m afraid.
