Rent is £1,375 all bills inc. for single occupancy. Slightly higher rent for couples/short lets.

The setup over the two floors offers a great deal of privacy for everyone in the flat, but there's also a shared lounge with a large HD TV and huge dining table, plus shared kitchen and spacious hallway.

The room is available for 6 months in the first instance with the option to extend, although short lets will also be considered.
