Affordable accommodation offered for FEMALE preferred in Friern Park – London N12 area, excellent opportunity for a homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
Travelling by public transport is easy as there are many routes available:

Walking distance to the underground (Woodhouse Park) station – Northern Line and in Travelcard zone 4 Approx 23 minutes to London, Kings Cross
West Finchley and Mill Hill East stations are a short bus ride away.

There a number of bus routes very close to the house.
A short 6 /7 minute walk to the High street with all the local shops and supermarkets

HOUSEHOLDER
A lovely lady in her 80’s and lives in a two bedroom maisonette in Friern Park and she has a cat. She is disabled but can walk with crutches and has a stair lift at home to support her, when she does go out she is lacking some confidence at the moment and is hoping a the ideal homesharer can support her with going for some gentle walks to the High street and provide her with some companionship and help with shopping, putting the washing out, and cooking spending meal time together occasionally.

ACCOMMODATION
The maisonette has a single bedroom with a lovely view over the back garden for the homesharer, with a single bed with desk and a chair and a number of shelves and a clothes rail.

There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
There is Wi-Fi available.

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
