The flat is a ground floor purpose built maisonette in a quiet part of North Finchley with both front and back gardens which are lovely to sit out in during the summer months.
We are not far from Finchley Central, Muswell Hill and Crouch End and have a couple of parks within walking distance.
All mod cons include: washing machine, microwave and a TV in the spare room, (as well as living room).
It is a 15 minute walk to the tube (unless you dawdle like me) or a 6 minute walk to the high street with access to various bus routes and an assortment of high street shops (including Aldi!!!)
The room was redecorated 6 months ago, with all new furniture including a small double bed.
We are a very relaxed household, sociable and completely housetrained: The flat is neat and tidy and the toilet seat is always kept down ;)
And we are looking for the same in our new flatmate.

Room is available for 7 days a week or just Mon-Fri.
