Spacious rooms in Bounds Green/Palmers Green

Hello,

We have got 2 spacious and clean rooms in our house share.

1 en-suit and one which shares the bathroom with one flatmate. Both are real big rooms.

Can be rented by single person, couples (rents goes up a little) or friends who would like to stay in the same house but renting 2 different rooms.

The house is 10/15 minutes away from either Bounds Green, Bowes Park or Palmers Green station, Broomfield Park and many shops e. g. Primark, TKmax and Morrisons supermarket. The nearest tube is also Wood Green and Bounds Green zone 3.

The rooms are big, have new furniture and the rent is a reasonable price for the size of the rooms and local amenities.

Bills are not included and tend to come up to 60/70 per month at 5 flatmates or 40/50 at 4 flatmates.

We are friendly, respectful and clean flatmates from different nationalities so welcome diversity. We are vegetarian but open to those who are not.

We are a professional, considerate and relaxed house and looking for a full time professional who will complement the house. Someone who is down to earth, happy to have a chat and socialise and be equally considerate.
