We are looking for a nice, outgoing and relax professionals as we are ones. The house is located in Palmers Green and good connection to Wood Green Tube station (5-10 minutes by bus. 5 mins to drive. Bus stop is just 4 mins walk), Southgate Tube station (15 mins by bus. 10 by drive. Same walking distance to bus stop.), and Palmers Green Train Station (10 mins walk, 2 mins by bus) which will take you to heart of London straight. It will take only 30 mins to central London from the stations mentioned above.
Security: ADT alarm system is installed.
Garden access and use of conservatory. Use of shed for anything extra you want to keep. Plenty of space in the room as well with fitted wardrobe.
Shops: Morrison, Costa, Starbucks, boots, clarks, Waitrose and many more.
We are clean, organise and tidy. There will be shared scheduled for cleaning rota.
