1 double in friendly down to earth warehouse

Hello! We have a double room coming up in our friendly and creative warehouse.

The current housemates:
We're in our mid 20's and early 30's. Working in t. v (Abi), Dina (9-5) Maelle (artist) Milly (fashion designer) Jack (music producer)
Isabella (graphic designer) Mirco (nanny) Kenzo

Everyone is clean and respectful and we are looking for people who care about their home.

The rest of the house:
Everyone who has viewed say the pictures don't do it justice so really worth a virtual viewing on video and then happy to follow up in person.
Our living room/kitchen space is huge. We have two bathrooms with showers and one extra toilet downstairs.
We also have a gas hob and a dishwasher.

As a house we are mostly quite new and looking to make the space our own so this is a project we are looking to take on together.

The neighbours are lovely and friendly, we often have little BBQs in the shared courtyard and as you can see pictured, there is a lovely seating area that our neighbours made for the house. There is also a lovely bar called new river studios that sell pizzas and put on gigs and shows.

We also have a house 'kitty' £10 per month for a cleaner twice a month,
In winter there is an extra £10 for bills while the central heating from December- Feb

We don't allow smoking indoors, but we have a good sized outdoor decking area in front of the front door.

The area:
Known for being a space for creative folks and artists. There is always a community project to get involved with. We are very close to manor house station so links to north/east and central.
There is a beautiful nature reserve just a ten minute walk away along the river path. and sailing place where you can also do open water swimming It's been so perfect for finding some nature during lockdown!

Ideal new housemates:
Ideally, we want people who are independent but still friendly and sociable. It would be nice to cook some meals together and watch films and get to know each other? But you wouldn't be obliged to always socialise. We all have our own routines and schedules
