Location - less than 5 minutes walk to Seven Sisters tube, but also well connected to the rest of London via the overground/buses and a short bike ride from the centre
House - lovely, recently refurbished 3 bed flat with all the amenities, dishwashers, tumble dryer, toilet (crazy right), We also have fibre internet, Netflix and a big TV and surround sound for chilling out in the shared space.
People - Harvey: 28 , software guy Olly: 26, media mogul we enjoy a drink together and often cook meals (veggie and meat!)
Small print - We are both leaving in September, but the rooms can be filled and contract carried over
