We are looking to fill the master bedroom in our lovely, newly-refurbished four bedroom house on St Ann’s road.

First things first a quick summary of the house/room;

1x large double bedroom (with big windows so lots of light)
1x newly refurbished kitchen/ dinning room (quite large with plenty of counter space, cupboards, washing machine, sofa, gas cooker and all the other typical kitchen stuff)
1x living room
2x toilets/ shower rooms
A nice outdoor space (which should be great for bbq ect come the summer months)

We were hoping to rent the room out at ~£700 a month (no bills included) and are open to both individuals housemates or couples. We estimate bills will ~£95, but this is just a rough pessimist calculation and we hope it will they will actually be less than that. Move in date would be anytime from next weekend onwards (if you need to do earlier than that just let me know and we might be able to work something out).

Note: As I said before the house has just been refurbished with a brand new kitchen and carpets! Therefore in the photos of the house there isn’t much furniture at the moment - don’t panic the room will come with a double bed, wardrobe and a desk (the landlord is really loving and has said if you wanted more or less this is something he could do).

Location: St Ann’s road, N15 3ST.

It is in a great location with Green lane just up the road, full of small shops and restaurants/pubs. There are also plenty of bigger food shops nearby for a weekly shop, including a big Sainsbury’s less than 15 min walk away. Just up the road there is a small park and a little further away Finsbury Park and Manor House lakes/nature reserve. For those of you that would rather travel by bus, there is a bus stop just up the road (and a night bus!). There are also plenty of tube stations near by; Haringey green lane station (<10 mins walk), Haringay station (<15 mins), Turnpike Lane station (<17 mins), Manor House tube station (17 min ) and Seven Sisters tube (~19 min). Me and my one of housemate are currently trying to cycle to work (not sure how well this will go come winter) so the landlord is also fitting a bike rack out front of the house for storage.

Finally a bit about us. We are a group of three (females) young professionals/PhD students (23-29years old). We are a friendly bunch, who generally work hard In the week, but like to socialise in the evenings, whether that is just be a quick chat whilst cooking up some grub or watching some crappy tv programme together. I would describe us as outdoorsy and enjoy getting out of the house and making the most of the weekends (so you would not have to worry about us lurking around all day). Of course we are not crazy and do enjoy a lazy weekend every now and then. We enjoy travelling, whether this is for work or pleasure, and try and get away when we can. Vic is Greek and neither me or Hannah originally lived in London so on the odd occasion we have friends to stay for a night or the weekend. We are always respectful when we do, checking it is okay before hand, and most of the time the guest will stay in our own rooms. Very rarely we have a sofa bed so will end up using the living room to host and would like to find someone that would be okay with this too. We are clean, tidy group and are hoping to find someone like minded.
