We have a spacious, light room available at our warehouse conversion—The Button Factory. It's a beautiful room with plenty of space.
We're a close house that enjoy cooking together and watching films but we also respect each other's need for peace and quiet.
Downstairs we have an open plan kitchen / dining space and an enormous shared living space which is completely glass-fronted, opening onto a large decked wooden courtyard with a BBQ that can easily cater for 10+.
There are two generous bathrooms upstairs with a choice of rain shower or power shower in each, toilet, sink and heated towel rails, there is also an extra toilet downstairs.
Full central heating throughout - always warm in winter!
This room comes unfurnished but happy to provide a bed frame and clothes rail if needed.
The rent includes absolutely all bills and includes a cleaner once a month. We accept couples for a surcharge of £100pcm.
The warehouse is right in the heart of a creative community occupied by lots of musicians, artists, filmmakers. It’s a lively area with friendly neighbours, and although this is not a party house there is always something going on in the area - parties, gigs, exhibitions etc.
