One big double room is available from 17 April in our terraced house.

The room available is the downstairs front room. It has a large bay window looking out onto the street. It is furnished with a double bed, one wardrobe and a 3 drawer chest of drawers. Lots of storage areas - on top of the wardrobe, the bed has four storage drawers and lots more storage around the house..

The house has two bathrooms (main upstairs bathroom and a walk-in shower room/WC downstairs). The downstairs shower room is not exclusively yours but the others tend to use the upstairs bathroom so it will mainly be just you using it. There are two living spaces (living room w/TV etc and conservatory/dining area) plus a large garden with patio and a big modern kitchen with two fridges.

Current housemates are Carmelo, Matteo (Italian) and Alicia (English). We are looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful but easygoing. There are two smokers in the house but no smoking in the common areas.

Located by Tottenham Green with gym/swimming pool, farmers market & arts centre all 2 mins away along with various shops and restaurants close by. it really is a great house and area to live in.

Transport:
-Victoria line tube via Seven Sisters (5-10 mins walk) or Tottenham Hale (10-12 mins walk)
- Easy Overground access to Liverpool Street - 15 mins journey time from Seven Sisters - via East London/Hackney; Moorgate (20 mins journey time) and Stratford (25mins journey) via Highbury & Islington.
- Additional Overground at South Tottenham (15 mins walk)

Important info:
- £500 per month rent
- Bills are roughly £120 extra and include all the usuals and a cleaner twice a month
