Hi! We have a large room (single occupancy). £630 per month incl all bills/ctax. Available immediately, but some possible flexibility on move date. We are looking for a new housemate for our warehouse conversion in Manor House N15.

Room info:
4.7m (15.5 ft( x 4.11m (13.5 ft). It has a sloping eaved room which at the highest point is 3m (10ft). It has a skylight, lots of natural light and a window that opens into the main body of the warehouse.
(btw the ad says I'm a live in landlord, that's not the case, just can't seem to reset that?!).

The warehouse, or warehome as we like to call it, is really big, skylit huge living area, 2 showers, 1 bath. 2 toilets. Gated and secure. It's a chilled and sociable place. Definitely not a full on party house but fun stuff, dinners, we have projector and projector wall, film nights, bbqs in the yard etc. A total of 9 people occupy the property in 8 rooms when fully occupied, it never feels crowded or intrusive, it can be private too, it really is a big place!
We are all friendly bunch looking for someone who will fit and be a housemate rather than just someone to take a room.

We have a kitty £20 which pays for a cleaner and cleaning products, house bits & bobs and very good internet for those who wfh.

Manor House has great transport links to all points north, east, central, west and south. We are near Finsbury Park and love wildlife wetlands reserve. Close to areas with nice bars and restaurants as soon as they open.
