We're looking for a friendly, chilled new housemate for a double room available in our newly converted warehouse in Manor House.

The room is a bright ground floor room with two windows and a feature brick wall, available from 19th August. The rent is £720pcm on single occupancy, which covers all bills and a twice-monthly cleaner.

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 with showers and a washing machine/tumble drier. You will be sharing with friendly young creatives and professionals.

We have a large open-plan kitchen and lounge featuring a huge table, soft sofas and armchairs. Central heating, combined with thick walls, means that the property remains warm in water and cool in summer.

The warehouse is right at the heart of a creative community of warehouses and art spaces. While it is a lively and friendly area, we are not a party warehouse. There is, however, plenty going on in the area from classes to gigs and food at nearby New River Studios.

We are a 10 minute walk (and 2-3 minute bus ride) to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) as well as a 10 minute walk to Seven Sisters tube (Victoria Line). We are also a 10 minute walk to the Overground (Stamford Hill). A short cycle ride brings you to Stoke Newington and Dalston, with their cafes, bars and restaurants.
