The room is a medium-sized double on Upper Clapton road/Osbaldeston road (opposite Springfield Park) and is a 10 minute walk to both Clapton and Stoke Newington Stations (or 4 mins on a bus to Clapton if you're feeling lazy). In zone 2 and the 253 + 254 run frequently from very near the flat.
The room comes furnished with a fairly new Ikea frame and mattress and an inbuilt wardrobe/cupboard. The flat has recently been refurbished and has a new kitchen and bathroom.
WFH at the moment, Mon-Fri and out whenever I can be :)
Looking to share with someone who is also sociable, friendly (and likes cats). Also must be mature as this "isn't a party flat" (sorry) and will do their share of cleaning. There’s a dishwasher which makes life a bit easier :)
