Large double room in Stoke Newington

Hi! We're looking for the right person to take the largest room in the house. Move in is November 1st. Please tell us a little something about yourself and don't just ask when you can come and see the room. Also I am currently in East Indonesia and completely in and out of internet for the next 4 days so apologies if I'm slow on the response, but we'll do our best.

Any way, you will be sharing with two guys, Billy and me, Jimmy. However I am away until the end of December so will see you in January :) I work in photography and Billy is an amazing city farmer. That's right, on a farm, in London!!!

The room is definitely on the large side and has two big bright windows.... it's is an absolute steal at this price for this area! We're 5 minutes walk to Stoke Newington Church St and a 10 minute walk into Dalston. Easy!
Rent of £772 per month, which includes all bills! We are looking for someone to sign on to a 12 month contract, but all super chilled and no agency fees or agents to deal with which is an absolute thumbs up :) The room is unfurnished except for a set of drawers, however there is no deposit so you can put that money towards an amazing new mattress and bed for yourself :)

Boy or girl, doesn't bother us, but clean, tidy and friendly definitely does :) We're both veggie (but you don't have to be) and very much hate plastic. Lots of fresh produce around us that doesn't come wrapped in pointless plastic so would be great if you're willing to get involved and do our bit. Also would be nice if you fancied going for a drink or two every now and then :)
