Cozy room in Stoke

Hello! I am sadly leaving this amazing house and foremost my amazing flatmates to go back to my country at the end of this year. The room available has an integrated wardrobe, a skylight and its own en-suite which is a big + for this price. It also includes a double bed, a bedside table, a mirror, a desk and chair.

The current flatmates ( 3 in total, a couple and a guy), are all in their early thirties, professional who respect each other’s space while nurturing a real sense of home by sharing dinners, movie nights (we just bought a projector!!), runs in the park etc. This is not a party house and we are all tidy and respectful. We all have our own en-suite in the rooms so you’d enjoy real independence. There is a kitchen space opening on the living room with a big and comfy sofa, enough storage and a nice outdoor space where we grow plants and veggies.

The house is situated in the heart of Stoke Newington, minutes from Church Street, Clissold Park and Abney Cemetery. It takes literally 3 minutes to reach Hackney Downs Park which is a real perk in these strange times! Rectory Road Overground Station is located right in front of the house with trains to Liverpool Street or Seven Sisters station (10-15’). Many buses commuting to central London are available as well.

The room is available from January, with possibilities to enter the house a bit earlier. Price is 667 £ per month excluding the usual bills.
