The house is in very good condition as it was all refurbished around 6 years ago. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a good amount of counter space) and a big, bright living/dining room. There is a bathroom on each floor (a small one with toilet and shower, and the main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet). We have central heating, double glazing and a good amount of storage space.

There is also a garden, and two outdoor wall fittings to which bikes can be locked. The house is a short walk from Newington Green bus stops and Dalston Kingsland station, as well as from the restaurants and bars of Church Street.

The room has a bed, desk, chair, mirror and a chest of drawers that can be sold for a reasonable price to the new flatmate.

Current housemates:

Two females: an Irish teacher, 41, and a Norwegian librarian, 29. Looking for someone who is quiet at home and conscious about keeping the place clean.
