Join Stephanie, Jordan and Charlie and be our new housemate!

The Room:
Cozy double room, comes with:

- double bed with two drawer storage

- loft commune storage

Rent is £750 pcm INCLUDING all bills and internet. The only additional cost is £6 a week for our cleaner, who gives all the communal areas a good scrub every Sunday.

Four Bedroom House....
Big, airy and light with lots of space for chilling out and having friends over.
The kitchen has a large oven with 6 gas hobs, a dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge and lots of pots and pans.
The bathroom is unusually huge, with a great shower, bath, toilet, washbasin and bidet(!)
Our living room has two sash windows that are lovely to have open in the summer plus a dining table, sofas and an eclectic assortment of books left behind by previous tenants.

The Area.....
Stoke Newington is a brilliant place to live. There’s always lots going on here and there is a great community spirit.
Our house is on a quiet residential street, only 5 mins walk from Stoke Newington overground station and the amazing Church St. with its popular cafes, boutiques and delis. We're a 10 minute walk from both Clissold Park and Springfield Park for those of you who like an early morning run!
Stoke Newington has a farmer's market every Saturday; there is also a big Morrisons by the station and for those after a bargain, the lively Ridley Road Market is just down the road in Dalston.
Our house is bike friendly and there’s indoor space for parking any treasured two wheelers.
We have fantastic transport links in and out of town all within 5 mins walk. (Overground to Liverpool Street in 15mins and buses 73, 106, 76, 67, 393, 243, 149 which take you pretty much everywhere you could imagine)

The People.....
We are a friendly and active bunch who all enjoy each other as company: Stephanie, a Canadian pottery lover working in finance, with passion for travel and snowboarding; Jordan, a Canadian scientist and avid traveler/hiker; and Charlie, a British photographer often travelling somewhere... When we are not out and about, we enjoy lounging on the large sofas, reading or watching TV or having a few drinks together.

We're looking for a female housemate (to keep the balance of m/f) who wants to make their house a home. We are all respectful of the house, our landlord, and each other, so would like someone who doesn't mind taking care of their own mess, chipping in with household duties and being a bit of kindred spirit! Not a party house but we do like to hang out over a bottle (or 3) of wine or go to the pub.
