Double room in spacious 2-bed flat in Wood Green

Hello, I'm Neeru! I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to share this lovely two bed flat with.

THE FLAT:
The flat is located between Wood Green and Turnpike Lane, on the Piccadilly line, and takes 5-10 mins on the bus (the stop is located a minute away) to reach either. Alternatively it's over 15 minutes to walk.

It's a two bed, has a large living room with views overlooking Alexandra Palace, spacious kitchen with American fridge freezer, washing ma machine and dryer. Plus a separate W/c and shower/bathroom, as well as a large storage cupboard useful for suitcases/bedding etc. The room is a double, and contains a bed, wardrobe, mirror, and wall brackets for a TV. It's available from mid-December/beginning of Jan (there is flexibility).

Full use of Netflix/Chromecast inside the flat.

COST:
The rent is 600pcm, and bills usually amount to around £120-150 (incl, TV & broadband, council tax, water, metered gas & electric).

ME:
I'm Neeru, I'm 29, and I've lived here for four years, with a friend who is moving on. I work in the media in Camden, and I'm hoping to find a friendly, tidy flatmate! I'm easy to get along with and just looking for someone who is similar.

THE AREA
As mentioned the flat sits between two tube stations, that have good links into London. A short bus ride also takes you to Alexandra Palace station via the W3 bus which has regular services to Old St and Farringdon within 15 mins. White Hart Lane is close by too, the overground train will take you to Liverpool St in 20 minutes. The New River Sports Centre is a 7 min walk away, great for yoga/Pilates and fitness classes.

Wood Green has a good high street and shopping centre, with plenty of shops, (River Island/Primark/New look etc), Turkish restaurants, and Morrison's/Sainsbury's.
There is a small Asda conveniently located a few minutes up the road too.

Regular buses will take you into nearby Muswell Hill too!

We have a great relationship with our landlord, who is always on hand to help with anything, and the tenant would have to go through the regular tenancy checks, etc.
