Hi Everyone!

I’m looking for a friendly, vegan/vegetarian housemate to take my place in a lovely 4 bed house in Tottenham Hale. Sadly, I’m leaving for a new job and the room will be available from the 16th Feb.

The housemates like to frequently share dinners or simply hang out over a cup of tea or peanut butter sandwich after a day's work. They enjoy long walks and cycles along the canal, which is right next to the house. Cycle 5min up north and you wouldn't believe you're still in London! You can go for long and quiet runs without having to cross a single street. The house has a lovely big living room/kitchen and a garden with friendly squirrels, small birds and a lovely big fig tree.

The house is rented by the tenants as one property and split four ways – making the rent much more reasonable! The available room is the second largest in the property with space for a double bed and a large desk/working area. Bills always work out to less than £100 a month each. This includes fibre broadband, shared consumables and an excellent cleaner who comes every other week. The house always stays tidy and everyone is very respectful of the shared spaces.

The area is great for local amenities; the Tottenham Hale retail park with Lidl, Wilko, Argos, Iceland etc. is 5 minutes away. There is also a large gym, bouldering centre and Beavertown Brewery just up the road.

Any prospective tenants would get the chance to meet everyone at a viewing before moving in :)

Ali is 31, he’s recently graduated from a cognitive & decision sciences MA at UCL, and now works full time in social policy research. He enjoys sport and games, and is into meditation. And he loves podcasts!
Marco is 29, studied psychology and now works at UCL where he conducts research on meditation and Alzheimer's prevention. He loves meditation, tries to sit every morning and evening, and uses most of his holidays to go on retreat. He is a podcast addict, and loves to read and chat / enjoy a good movie/series/documentary.
Chloe is 33 and a jeweller. She is a big fan of large bodies of water and likes going to see comedy, immersive & regular theatre, socialising and dancing with friends, modelmaking & tiny things in general. She is getting into meditation via the Headspace app and would love to introduce it into her daily routine a bit more.
