We have a room coming free in our lovely shared house in north London. Move in would be o/a 9th March.

Must be able to take the room until October. Arranging viewings for next week. Will need months deposit and admin fees.

Bills are £77 each month paid separately to the rent making it £500 all in.

Local area has two parks and lots of shops / amenities. Including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and lots of corner shops within a 10 minute walk.

The room is a huge double at the front of the house with a bay window. The room will come furnished with basic furniture. The new tenant will swap into our current contract which is up until October 2020.

Carpets in the room and the hallways are being replaced before the change of tenant.

Our current flatmates work in the arts: an Actor, an Artist and a Film and TV runner. This means our schedules are quite varied.
We are looking for a housemate who can fit comfortably into our creative environment.

There is no living room in the house - there is a small communal room upstairs, kitchen, bathroom, WC and large garden which is shared between the four housemates.
