Bright and cosy room in a spacious and colourful house in Tottenham. You would take over my place on the contract for 6 months, with option to renew the 1 year contract at the end.

£595 for the month with around £100 per month for bills.

We have a beautiful house with hardwood floors on a residential street in Tottenham, 10/15 minute walk from Bruce Grove station, 15/20 minute walk from Seven Sisters and Turnpike Lane stations, with good bus links to each station and into central London. The property is very close to two lovely parks, several shops and our nice local pub.

Set over 3 floors with two bathrooms and a back garden, the communal space is decorated with many plants a gorgeois carpet and artworks. Downstairs, the house is open-plan with two sofas (one is a sofa bed), a big dining table and chairs, under stairs storage and kitchen with a breakfast bar. The downstairs area and bedrooms have wooden floors. We have space in the garden to store bikes.

ABOUT THE ROOM
Bright cosy double room with large windows. There is space for a desk and lots of WFH space downstairs.

You would live with 2 women and 1 man. The flatmates like to go out for drinks, chill at home and watch TV and cook nice food. Everyone is working at the moment.
