There are 3 bedrooms but the third room is small but may be used as a guest/study/storage room but just not as a permanent residence.
It is a very spacious place for 2 people.
The flat has a large, bright living room with plenty of space to socialise and a decent kitchen.
The flat is located on the first floor on a quiet, tree lined street off Philip Lane. There are plenty of amenities within easy reach, i. e. shops at the end of the road, dry cleaner, café, and a bit further (10 min walk) there is a Sainsbury’s local and a big Tesco. Tottenham Green Leisure Centre with gym and pool is 10 min down the road. There are also 2 nice parks nearby.
Transport wise the flat is very well located in NE London: 10-15 minute walk from Seven Sisters Tube (Victoria Line and overland train to Liverpool Street) with easy access to central London (12 minutes to Kings Cross, 18 to Oxford Circus), and plenty of 24 hour buses to great nightlife locations (Stoke Newington 10 mins, Dalston 10-15 mins, Shoreditch 15-20 mins). There is also South Tottenham Overground and national rail stations at Seven Sisters, Bruce Grove and Tottenham Hale with good connections to e. g. Stansted. Also walking distance 15 mins to Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) and /or a short bus ride away. Downhills Park and Lordship Recreation Ground are 5 min walk away.
You would be sharing the flat with only one other Narin an actress. We are looking for someone easy going, reasonably sociable and who will share responsibility for the upkeep of the flat (bills, cleaning etc.), and who wants to live with nice people rather than just having a cheap place to crash. Keeping the place clean is important so NO SLOBS PLEASE!!!! Professionals would be preferred.
Bills are at this moment are about £160 pp pcm but will be more in winter and possibly less in summer. Also it depends in respect of gas and electricity on usage and what government assistance is provided so PLEASE CHECK WITH NARIN as given all that is going on bills wise it is difficult to predict what these can be. However we think they are pretty average for a flat of this size.
There is currently an insurance claim regarding cracking in the property due to the tree at the front. The property is being monitored and the repairs are not expected to start until 2025. However the insurance company's agents will be attending the property periodically to take measurements. Aside from this this issue will not affect your occupation of the property.
