Double room in friendly flat share - 6 months let

Chilled out flat share in great three bedroom garden flat near Bruce Grove station. The room is available until July 2025.

The room itself is small, as you can see from the video and photos, but the flat is spacious. There's storage under the bed, and you'd have access to further storage for larger items in the loft if needed.

We have a big living room, newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom, and private garden, great for BBQs in the summer.

Friendly flat share - up for shared meals , films, beers etc if we're in together, also happy to get on with our own things. The current flatmates have a range of interests - music, sport, art, films etc. Professional, so not for those more inclined to party on school nights.

The room is not really suitable if you work from home all or most of the time as there isn't room for a desk.

Smokers can smoke on the balcony.

Bruce Grove is a cool area with lots of new bars/cafes and the station is a 6 minute walk away.

Bills are £120 per month so it's £620 per month all in.
