The house is neutrally furnished with 2 toilets, bathroom and mod cons. Patio and garden space is available and the room is fully furnished. The house is fully alarmed and has access to Tottenhall Road Recreation Ground and Park.

Easy access to the A10 and A406 for drivers and to get out to the countryside/Luton/Stanstead airports. Also access to Wood Green Station and Piccadilly Line by a hopper bus - W4. Stop is 3 mins walk (max) from the house

Benefits of the room are that the current occupant travels regularly and so only resides 2 nights per week/3 days max; pretty much a house share with one other person renting a single room.

The occupant that travels is friendly, loves to cook when available and knows the landlord well; can always be a good soundboard for checks.

Require working professionals with references, and those over 30 years old. Do want potential housemates to be courteous, clean, friendly and respectful. No party hard flatmates, or those unwilling to be clean and tidy and respect the furnishings.
