Hi there, We are looking for someone to move into our first floor, three bed flat located in Dartmouth Park, between Tufnell Park and Archway (zone 2) from March ― exact date can be discussed and is flexible.

You can reach Hampstead Heath within 15 minutes, Waterlow Park is only 10 minutes away and Dartmouth Park is on your doorstep across the road.

The neighbourhood offers a great selection of coffee shops (some of the best in North London) and supermarkets: Coop, Aldi, M&S, Tesco and Sainsbury’s are all between a 9-12 minute walk.

The tenancy agreement is on a rolling basis, however we are looking for someone to move in for at least six months, potentially even longer.

The available double room is located on the first level of the flat and it benefits from lots of natural light. It comes partly furnished (double bed + clothes rail), but it is also suitable for someone with their own furniture as the current tenant is available to dispose of the furniture if needed. There are black out curtains in the room as well.

On the second level there is a third bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen.

The bathroom is medium sized and has a window which lets in lots of light and a shower. You would have some storage space for your products. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person only as one of the bedrooms has an en-suite.

There is a big living/dining room with a tv and dining table. We have just replaced our old sofa with a comfortable leather one and have spent lots of time decorating the place ― we have quite a lot of plants but there is potential room for extra plants/furniture if you have any.

We are both currently working from home, however one of us is working from her room and the other has a separate desk in the living room. So, if you need to work from home, you are welcome to use the dining room table during the day.

There is a separate spacious kitchen with every tool you could possibly ask for (we love cooking and baking). The stove and ventilation fan have been recently replaced and in perfect condition. The oven is also fairly new and very efficient and there is a washing machine.

We are both working full time and, as mentioned, remotely for the time being, as an e-commerce photographer and within financial services.

In normal times we like to keep ourselves busy at the weekend, whether it’s going to exhibitions, concerts, pubs or clubs. On week nights we like to sometimes organise dinners together and invite friends (pre covid of course). As the options are limited for now, we like to watch movies together or just chill with a few drinks.

We are both sociable and friendly people and would like our new flatmate to join in on the occasional meals together, movie nights and so on, but we also appreciate our independent time, therefore we are looking for someone fairly similar to us.

We also like to keep the house clean and tidy and we would like to you to participate in the weekly cleaning rota and not leave any mess around!

Last but not least, we have a cat, Angela, adopted about 4 years ago. She is a very friendly and tame cat, and her favourite and only hobbies are eating and sleeping.
You are of course not expected to provide for her in any way, however you really shouldn’t be
allergic to cats (she is long-haired and very fluffy).
