What we want from yourself is that you are clean, will take pride in where you live, and get on with the flatmates. We share cleaning duties and we always leave the flat spotless.

Our ideal flatmate is someone who is currently working from home, mature, responsible, extremely clean (meaning very high standard cleaning), precise and respectful of the common areas.

Our new flatmate has to have a good understanding of the current situation and follows all the government rules of the covid-19: face mask use, social distancing and hand washing. A like-minded person who is very close to our lifestyle, compatible with our rhythms. We have rules we all stick to that represent the core of our mutual respect.
We want to find a person who not only respects, but cares about the house they live in, therefore considering it as their home (<3).

Indeed, it is essential for us that the person understands the meaning of mutual respect, and by this we mean "always clean after yourself and pay attention to what you are doing".
