Double Bedroom in a Brand New apartment w/Garden

Hello there!

My names Will, I'll try to keep this short and sweet!

My current housemate is moving out and I'm looking for a single, working professional to join me on the contract for another year.

The room/apartment: Good sized double with built in storage. Large Bay windows, lots of light. Brand new renovation, nice kitchen and living area. We have a large communal garden which is really nice in the summer, local shops etc and Hampstead Heath is at the end of our road. This is a really nice, wealthy area of London to live! (Google Sheldon Avenue, the road we're on!).

The third box room in the house is taken by a close friend who actually lives full time in the midlands but stays in the room when she is working in London, in total probably about a week or so out of the month, so although it's a three bedroom, it's mostly just be myself here!

About me: I'm a freelance filmmaker and photographer, non-smoker, very clean and tidy (and the apartment is always the same). I'm pretty easy going and friendly and would love to live with someone similar. I enjoy all the standard stuff, socialising, sports (football: playing and watching), cooking, exploring etc (when we're allowed to do so).

My room is ensuite, so apart from bathing, the main bathroom (located next to the available room) is rarely used.

You: I'm looking for someone clean and tidy, this is important! I'm not OCD with it but I really don't want to have to clean up after someone or live in a messy/untidy apartment. Someone easy going would be great! Also someone that doesn't harbour any intentions of randomly moving a partner in...
