Friendly, spacious, all girl flat, in N2

I'm currently looking to move out of this flat share as I'm moving in with my partner! I've lived here for 2 years and it's been my favourite place to live in London!

Currently looking for another female tenant preferably between 20 and 30.

About the location:

It's roughly 15 - 20 mins either way to either Highgate or East Finchley tube station (Nothern line) and Hampstead Heath is within walking distance. There's also plenty of bus services running

There are small shops directly opposite the flat, or Sainsbury's and Iceland are a 20 min walk

There's lots of family neighbours so it's very friendly

A bit about the flat, and who you'll be sharing with:

The flat is social, but also private, perfect for someone who wants a safe cosy base in London with friendly flatmates who like to hang out in the living room - but also have their own space

Currently one of the other girls is also moving out due to work in another city, so a new tenant will be moving in on 25th October (another girl in her 20's who is very friendly), and the other existing tenant who is also very friendly and in her mid 20's

The general vibe is to keep things clean and tidy as you go, but no one is going to get a passive aggressive message for leaving a few dishes overnight!

It's in a nice residential area with a giant shared garden, great for summer BBQs

The flat has a shared living room big enough to have friends over (a luxury in London!) It's also a great space if you happen to work from home and don't want to work from your bedroom

The bedroom is a good sized double, if you have lots of clothes/things it has a roomy built in cupboard

There is a bath/shower in one room with a separate room for the toilet

The kitchen is also a good size, with decent cupboard and fridge space

Bills are around £70 a month, and our gas/electric bill comes out every 4 months

Hopefully that's enough to give you a good indication of the flat, I know how annoying it is to travel to a flat that looks nothing like its advert!
