There is a local bus just 1 minutes walk covering. North Middlesex and Chase Farm Hospitals along with Enfield Town. Enfield Chase & Winchmore Hill mainline stations.

Winchmore Hill Station is less than 20 walk away. A large Sainsburys store is 10 mins walk.

The property is well located for transport links in the area and into London. The underground is a 20 min bus ride.

There are some amazing pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. I'd be happy to tell you the best places to visit.

Bills included are as follows: Gas, Electric, Council Tax, Water, TV Licence). I would expect tenants to show understanding in the use of the energy bills. Personal contents insurance is not included.

You will share this flat with the Live in Landlord and no other guests. I have a lovely British Shorthair cat, Amelia.

You will share with a self-employed professional working full-time who enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and equally relaxing.
