I'm looking for a couple (or possibly individual) to share this lovely flat with just myself.

Ideal for a couple who want a really decent amount of space and privacy without being completely isolated.

Move in date 29th March 2020.

ME:
I'm 33yo - I'm a free-lance dance artist and massage therapist. I have a very busy but varied schedule. I'm happy in my own company but would like to live with people I can be social with and share the occasional drink or takeaway with along with some good music, or netflix/a movie. I'm looking for someone, or a couple, who are trustworthy and friendly to share a home with in mutual respect of each other and the shared spaces - no cleaning rotas or chore charts!

TRANSPORT
The flat is a 5 minute walk to Wood Green station on the Piccadilly Line; it's only 20 mins on the line to central stations and good for connections to the Victoria Line at Finsbury Park. It's really convenient for night buses too (the 29 stops right by the flats), so with the Piccadilly Line rarely having weekend engineering works, transport is really easy.

LOCATION
There is a Tesco Metro on the corner, literally over the road, and on the same stretch are some nice Polish shops (good for fruit and veg), an Italian cafe, Chinese and Indian take-out, a fish and chip shop and a Turkish bakery. There's a Cineworld and Vue on the high street (5 minute walk away) and an EasyGym and The Gym both within a 10 minute walk from the flat. Also a big Morrisons by the station and a big Sainsbury's and Lidl a little further down the street. The high street is really convenient with a fairly good selection of shops (TKMaxx, H&M, Boots, Superdrug, River Island, Primark, Wilkinsons, Maplin and more) so it's not always necessary to go central to do some shopping. Finsbury Park is less than 10 minutes away on the tube; Alexandra Palace is a 20min walk away or a 10min bus ride and Crouch End and Stoke Newington are also easy by bus, as is Muswell Hill, so there are some really nice areas close by.

There is a lift.

Smoking is not allowed in the flat, but there are balconies off the bedroom, and living room.

RENT AND BILLS
Rent for the room is £933/month (466.50 each for a couple)

Bills:

Bills: Between about £90-115 per person/month (depending on if the tv licence is due)

(If a single person takes the room, bills will be higher due to being split between just two of us, rather than 3!)

The deposit will be one months rent.

The flat is in great condition and was painted and fitted with new carpets only a few of years ago.

The landlord is as good as they get - really friendly and accommodating; he gets things fixed pronto and is willing to pay to keep the flat nice for us. He recently bought a brand new fridge and dining table/chair set as the old ones, though working fine, were looking tired.
