A lovely furnished, double room in a converted, red brick church has become available. There is 3 bedrooms in the flat, shared with one other female. One bedroom is a study.
Near ally pally, Bounds Green and Muswell hill.

Rent includes all bills; council tax, electricity, gas, water, fast broadband and a once-weekly cleaner.

Pictures don't do the space justice! Light and airy, spacious with original red brickwork, wooden beams, vaulted high ceilings, stained glass in the extremely large communal living space, and modern finishes along with period features in the bedroom.

The living space is an L-shaped open space with a long reception room and a large modern fitted kitchen. There is a projector in the living space for watching movies and TV. There is a small bathroom downstairs and a shared bathroom with bath upstairs. And the room for rent has an en-suite.

The bedroom for rent is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe with four drawers, large double drawers (4) , two side lockers. There is room for a desk (desk in current picture is not included). The ensuite is long & narrow and has a toilet and shower.

About me

I'm 38 and work with a charity in central London. I'm also a life/leadership coach. I've recently taken up tennis, after 'retiring' from team sports. I practice yoga in a nearby studio a couple of time a week and some mornings in the flat (always happy to practice with others). I love to travel, cook, see family & friends regularly...a lot of the usual stuff really!
I also love cooking and happy to feed anyone willing!

I am looking for a flatmate who is responsible, tidy and likes to enjoy life but not a party animal to share this wonderful home with us.

Alexandra Palace park is on our doorstep, perfect for picnics in the summer or gigs in the evening. Muswell hill high street is less than a 10-minute walk away. Highgate wood is a nice stroll away, Highgate village is perfect for a drink in one of the many lovely pubs! And for an extra-long stroll, Hampstead Heath is within reach.
Wood Green is about a 15-minute walk (5 min bus) and ideal for shopping, cinema etc. Crouch End is about a 25 minute walk or a bus ride, packed with restaurants.

Alexandra Palace station is less than a 12-minute walk away (or 5 min on bus 184 route, which stops right outside the flat). From Alexandra Palace Station it is 6 minutes to Finsbury Park and the line goes to Moorgate via Highbury & Islington / Old Street.

Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line) is a 10-minute walk (or 5 min on bus 184/102/299 Route). Bus also stops outside flat.
