I'd like to introduce this spacious (about 15 square meters)double-bed room only 2 mins' walk from West Finchley station, in a three bed room/two reception room house.
It's also close to the Tesco and Waitrose (within 10 mins' walk), and local GP (within 5 mins walk). It takes about 12 mins walk to Finchley Central station.
This house was redecorated in 2017, with cook, oven, washing machine dryer and a treadmill. It is currently occupied by two female lodgers (both Chinese). You will share the bathroom, kitchen, garden and a living room (for resting and eating meals) with them. Parking is also available.
The rent is 715 per month (equal to 165 per week), all bill (including council tax) included. I will cover 200 pounds energy bill per month, if you use more than this, you will need to share with your roommates (which only occurred in coldest winter, and depending on how you use the energy). The thing you need to contribute extra is cleaning by house keeper every 1-2 month (about 10-15 pounds/month).
The house is currently occupied by 2 out-going tamale professionals. We prefer female professionals or student, better with similar cultural background and eating habits as the current lodgers. Welcome to visit and have a look.
