Gorgeous Double room with en-suite available in N4

Hi!

We have a large double room with en-suite available in our lovely 3 bed flat.

The flat is modern & bright with a huge living room. We have 2 sofas and a dining table, so perfect for relaxing/ entertaining. The kitchen has a dishwasher as well as all of the usual white goods.

The room available is the biggest in the house, furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and own ensuite bathroom! It may be possible to negotiate keeping some of current flat mates furniture if needed.

We like to keep things pretty chill during the week, but happy (when we're allowed again) to invite a few friends round for dinner and drinks at the weekend. While we all have our own friends and lives, we do like to spend time together as well, we'll occasionally we'll cook for each other/ watch a film together/ go to the pub etc. We're not absolute neat freaks, but do try to keep the communal areas clean and looking nice.

A bit about us: Carolyn is 29, marketing manager at a design agency, currently WFH full time but will eventually be half at home/ half office. She likes travel, fitness and trying new restaurants. Louie is an art teacher and cooks up a storm in the kitchen. He'll be with us until end of July, then we'll be looking for someone to fill his room for the rest of the lease.

The area... The flat is on Wightman Road, adjacent to Green Lanes and close to Finsbury Park. There's loads of nice cafe's, restaurants & pubs close by.

Transport link wise it’s very well connected. There’s the northern line overground train which runs from Harringay station (5 min walk) and connects you to Highbury & Islington / Old Street/ Moorgate.
You also have the overground close by - Harringay Green Lanes (0.4 miles away). Buses run from the lanes to Stoke Newington, Camden etc.
