Lovely double room in creative friendly house

Hi There! I am looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving abroad. Room is available from 1st Dec (but there could be a bit of flexibility if needed).

The house is close to lots of amenities - Stroud Green Road and Crouch End, which has lots of lovely pubs, wine bars and shops. The house is set over 2 floors and is a 1 minute walk to the bus stop. There is also have an outside area which is great in the Summer for having drinks outside.
House is non-smoking but you can smoke outside in the garden.

The bedroom is a lovely sized double and comes fully furnished,. The room comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, bed side table and two chest of drawers. The room is also bigger than it looks in the photos.

The place is in a great location - lucky to have excellent transport links to central London; with easy access to Finsbury Park station or Archway tubes. central London is only a few minutes from Finsbury Park on the tube.

Rent is £700 and bills are approx £290 per month on top (hoping this doesn't increase but can't promise with current cost of living fluctuations). Bills include broadband, Virgin Media TV (M package), tv licence, water, gas, electricity, council tax, and a cleaner twice a month for the communal areas.

There is space in the bedroom for a desk if you need to work from home. I currently do a mix of wfh and going into the office.

I'm a producer in the media and creative industry. The new flatmate (sorry no couples) needs to be a professional and would suit someone looking for a home not just a house. The house is sociable so would enjoy spending time over a glass of wine and dinners.
