Hello! We’re 2 guys and a girl looking for a female flatmate to move into our (amazing) flatshare in Canonbury! Our fourth flatmate is sadly moving onto pastures new and we’re looking for a down to earth and fun person to replace her. It’s a really friendly house, we’re all pretty independent and the place is chilled and relaxed.

The flat is really well located - 2 minutes walk to Canonbury station (Overground), 10 minutes from Highbury and Islington (Victoria Line) and also conveniently located on regular bus routes leading towards Hackney, Finsbury, Stratford and Central London.

This double room includes a double bed (brand new), chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. The rest of the flat includes one shared bathroom which was renovated less than 2 years ago, a separate toilet, kitchen and shared living room with a large hallway between. We also have a patio at the front and a communal garden (complete with mini basketball court).

If you’re into running or just lounging in the park nearby you can find Highbury Fields, Clissold Park and Finsbury Park is just a short bus ride away with lots of coffee shops and brunch places in between.

Rent is £595 and bills come to roughly £80 a month on top. A really good price for this area.

Prospective tenants will be required to provide:
- last 3 months bank statements
- last 3 months payslips
- ID
- reference form
-£500 security deposit
-first month’s rent upfront

There is also a credit check and NO admin fee (yay!)

Move in date is the weekend of the 27th July.
