2 Rooms available in Mews house near Clissold Park

Hi future housemate :)

I am looking for 2 new housemates to join my lovely little mews house.
My two current housemates are moving away, but I love the house we're living in so I want to renew the tenancy contract with two new lovely people, starting in November.

I am a French-Finn 27 year old girl - I've been living in London for the past 5 years and used to study/live in Brighton for 3 years before that. I work for a mental health startup in central London which keeps me quite busy.

So I am looking for someone who works and is not a party animal and wants to chill in the evenings, watch a show on Netflix, cook some good food or have a nice chat (or glass of wine)...

About the house 🏡
The house is the first house in a mews cul-de-sac, and is semi-detached. It's not a very big house but it's very cosy and lovely (this is the description used by everyone seeing the house for the first time).

The two rooms available are on the ground floor, and would have one big bathroom to share between them. The bedroom upstairs (mine) is an ensuite and I am happy for it to be used by others as well. One of the available rooms is slightly smaller than the other one, but still a very good size for one person.

The first floor has a big open space for the kitchen, living room and 'dining' room (plus the third bedroom). There's a little patio, which only holds space for some herbs, it's a bit dodgy so it wouldn't hold a person's weight.

There's a little bike storage that's on the side of the house, which is not covered however.

There is a TV, which is currently not working (I need to get fixed or just buy a new one), and the bills and Wifi are not included in the rent 🙂
The area is lovely and we're right between Clissold Park and Finsbury Park. Its a 10 min walk to Arsenal station and 13 min walk to Finsbury Park station so we're well connected. It's also a 10 min walk to Stoke Newington through Clissold Park (which is a 2 min walk) from the house. There's lots of restaurants, nice pubs and brunch places within 5 min walk from the house, a very nice off licence near and Sainsbury's Local not far (or Lidl by FP station or Tesco near Newington Green).
