I am looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving back to Ireland. I have lived in this flat for 2 years and am very reluctant to leave it, if possible. It is right by Clissold Park, which is lovely to stroll around in the summer. It has great transport links- with buses to the city and the Piccadilly, Victoria and Overground lines are all within a 20 minute walk. And the weekend brunch options are endless!
I often work long hours during the week and chill at the weekends, so someone who wants a calmer home is ideal. But I want the flat to feel like a home for both of us so someone I can share a chat over red wine with would be a definite bonus.
Also I have a plant that I need some help saving so if you have these expertise, you're at a serious advantage.
